We are not a law firm; we are not attorneys; we do not practice law; therefore, we do not provide any legal advise nor legal representation in any legal matters. We may only provide self-help, nonlawyer document preparation services at our customers' specific directions and factual information provided to us. In order to avoid errors and inconsistencies, we may check documents and information provided by our customers; however, we will not review them for any legal purposes nor legal advised will be provided.

EC Alfonso Services, LLC's website and the services provided to its customers are not a substitute of the services provided by an attorney. This website may only provide general information; moreover, it will not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need any legal advice or legal representation; then, you should contact an attorney who is specialized in Immigration and Nationality Law.  If you require an attorney's representation; then, we could only assist you with finding a licensed attorney in your area who is eligible to practice law in Florida and who is a member in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.

Rule 10-2.1(a) Unlicensed Practice of Law. The unlicensed practice of law means the practice of law, as prohibited by statute, court rule, and case law of the state of Florida. 

Rule 10-2.1(b) Paralegal or Legal Assistant. A paralegal or legal assistant is a person qualified by education, training, or work experience, who works under the supervision of a member of The Florida Bar, who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which the supervising lawyer is responsible. It constitutes the unlicensed practice of law for a person who does not meet the definition of paralegal or legal assistant to use the title paralegal, legal assistant, or other similar term in offering to provide or in providing services directly to the public. 

Rule 10-2(c) Nonlawyer or Nonattorney. For purposes of this chapter, a nonlawyer or nonattorney is an individual who is not a member of The Florida Bar.
